When Strategic May Be a Good Fit

Strategic can be useful when a spine complaint needs more than simply deciding whether a patient should receive an adjustment.

Neck or back complaints needing focused evaluation and conservative management.

Persistent or recurrent symptoms that need reassessment.

Radicular, neurologic, or mechanical symptoms that need clearer next-step planning.

Existing imaging or prior care that needs to be considered with the examination, function, and clinical history.

We can also help coordinate imaging, specialty evaluation, rehabilitation, or another level of care when appropriate.

ADVANCED SPINE EVALUATION

Advanced Spine Evaluation

For selected cases, Strategic provides advanced assessment incorporating spinal biomechanics, functional examination, imaging correlation, and computerized motion analysis when clinically appropriate.

This may be particularly useful when evaluating trauma-related ligamentous injury, suspected abnormal motion or instability, persistent symptoms not fully explained by routine findings, or cases in which biomechanical information may materially alter management.

Findings are integrated into the clinical plan and, when appropriate, communicated with referring or co-managing providers.

Dr. Farmen evaluates the spine complaint, reviews relevant records and imaging, and determines the appropriate management plan or next step.

When appropriate and permitted, we communicate clinically relevant findings, progress, referral needs, or escalation of care.
