Injured in a motor vehicle collision or another accident?
Auto Accident & Injury CareCONDITIONS WE HELP WITH
Spine Problems, Injuries, and Related Symptoms
We evaluate a range of neck, back, nerve-related, injury-related, and recurrent spine complaints. The goal is to understand what appears to be contributing to the problem and what should happen next.
START WITH THE PRESENTATION
The Same Symptom Can Have Different Causes
Two people with “neck pain” or “sciatica” may not have the same underlying problem. Symptoms can overlap, imaging findings may or may not be relevant, and the best next step depends on the full clinical picture.
We consider your symptoms, history, examination findings, function, goals, and available imaging when it is relevant.
An adjustment is not automatically the answer. Care is based on what the evaluation supports.

Injury or Work-Related Problem?
Is the problem affecting your work duties or related to a work injury?
Work-Related Spine ProblemsWHAT THE EVALUATION LOOKS FOR
More Than the Name of the Condition
A diagnosis can be helpful, but it does not tell the entire story by itself.
We also look at how the problem is affecting movement and function, whether neurologic findings are present when relevant, how previous care has gone, and whether imaging findings fit the symptoms and examination.
That information helps determine whether conservative care is appropriate, whether the plan should be modified over time, or whether another provider or level of care should be involved.
IMAGING & CLINICAL CORRELATION
Imaging Is One Piece of the Picture
If you already have an X-ray, MRI, or CT, that information may be useful.
We consider imaging findings alongside your history, examination, symptoms, and function rather than treating the image as the entire diagnosis.
Additional imaging is considered when it may help answer an important clinical question or change the next step.
NOT SURE WHAT YOU HAVE?
Not Sure What You Have?
You do not need to know your exact diagnosis before scheduling.
If you are dealing with a neck, back, or spine-related complaint and are unsure what is causing it, start with an evaluation.
We can help organize the information, explain what we find, and discuss the appropriate next step.
