SERVICES & TREATMENTS

Care Based on What the Evaluation Supports

There is no single treatment that every Strategic patient receives. We first work to understand the problem, then discuss the conservative care, rehabilitation, monitoring, imaging, or referral options that make sense for your situation.

CONSERVATIVE CARE OPTIONS

What Care May Include

The exact combination depends on what we find, what you are trying to return to, and how you respond over time.

Chiropractic Treatment When Appropriate

Hands-on chiropractic or manual care may be one part of a conservative plan when supported by the evaluation and appropriate for the patient.

Therapeutic Exercise & Rehabilitation

Exercise and rehabilitation may be used to address mobility, strength, movement tolerance, and functional limitations identified during the evaluation.

Movement, Activity & Home Recommendations

Care may include practical guidance for movement, activity, home exercise, and other steps that help you participate in your recovery outside the office.

Progress Monitoring & Reassessment

We track symptoms, function, examination findings, and response to care so the plan can change when needed.

EVALUATION FIRST

Treatment Is Not Predetermined

Your treatment plan should follow from the evaluation—not the other way around.

We consider your symptoms, history, examination findings, function, goals, previous care, and relevant imaging when it is available.

That information helps determine whether conservative treatment is appropriate and which options may be useful.

Not every patient needs the same treatment, and an adjustment is not automatically part of every visit or treatment plan.

CHIROPRACTIC TREATMENT

An Adjustment Is One Option—not the Starting Assumption

Some patients may benefit from chiropractic treatment as part of a broader conservative plan. Others may be better served by rehabilitation, home management, further evaluation, or another type of care.

Whether chiropractic treatment is used, how it is used, and whether it continues should depend on the findings, your preferences, and your response.

ACTIVE REHABILITATION

Build Function, Not Just Appointment Count

When rehabilitation is appropriate, the focus is on the movement or functional problem identified during the evaluation.

That may include therapeutic exercise, mobility work, strengthening, movement progression, or activity-specific recommendations based on your needs and goals.

As you improve, the plan should move toward greater independence rather than keeping you dependent on office-based care.

Care should have a purpose.Rehabilitation is tied to identified deficits, functional goals, and measurable response.

MEASURED PROGRESS

We Look for Meaningful Change

Progress is not defined only by the number of visits completed.

We look at whether the problem is actually changing in ways that matter.

Symptom intensity or frequency
Range of motion
Strength or neurologic findings when relevant
Ability to work, drive, exercise, or perform daily activities
Tolerance for movement and activity
Response to the current plan of care
If expected progress is not occurring, the plan should be reconsidered. That may mean modifying treatment, progressing rehabilitation, obtaining additional information, reconsidering the diagnosis, or involving another healthcare provider.

IMAGING, REFERRAL & CO-MANAGEMENT

When Conservative Care Is Not the Only Next Step

IMAGING

X-rays, MRI, CT, and other diagnostic information are not treatments, and they are not automatically required before conservative care begins.

When imaging is available, we consider it alongside the history, examination findings, neurologic findings when relevant, and function.

Additional imaging may be considered when it could clarify the problem or change the next decision.

REFERRAL & CO-MANAGEMENT

Conservative care is not the right answer for every problem or every stage of care.

If medication management, a procedure, specialist consultation, additional diagnostic testing, or another level of care better fits the problem, that becomes part of the plan.

Care can move between providers.Evaluation, conservative management, rehabilitation, imaging, referral, and co-management can all be parts of the same clinical pathway when the situation calls for them.

NOT SURE WHAT TREATMENT YOU NEED?

Not Sure What Treatment You Need?

You do not need to decide that before scheduling.

Start with an evaluation. We will work to understand the problem, explain what we find, and discuss which next step makes sense for your situation.
